I just bought a PS3 a few hours ago and i have a game that sais blu ray disc, does that mean this game has more clear graphics than any other xbox 360 game? is there anything different from this game than any other game that doesn't say blu ray disc?

A "blu-ray disc" is just simply a blu-ray disc. Blu-ray is the disc format created to supersede DVD's.

While DVD's can take around 4.7 GB (or 8.5 GB if it's dual layer), a regular Blu-ray disc takes 25 GB (and a dual layer takes 50 GB).

PS3 Games are made on Blu-ray discs, while Xbox 360 uses DVD discs, so PS3 games can have a lot more data on the discs than a 360 game, which can make a PS3 game better depending on how the space is used.

But i recommend reading about Blu-ray discs on wikipedia if you want to know more about it:
