Look for the system requirements of the game in the internet & compare them with yours ...

Hi Adminstrator,

I have read the post given from you. I have actually also wrote a message on the thread itself, my username is foosoomin

the crashing problem which i encountered is also the same as the rest of them

1) Most of the crashing problem occured when playing, like scrolling of map, diplomacy, marching of units, duel, doing domestic issue

2) I faced the most crashing problem in Rise of Heroes scenario. I placed my created ruler in Yong An city. When i began to march units towards Jiang Zhou (Deng Ai force), the game started to crash very often....That is why i gave up playing this scenario

All of us really need KOEI to rectify these bugs in the english pc version of this game

Faulty disk perhaps? Or is it installed?

There are a certain number of frieze zones. Such as agreeing to give reinforcement and then signing a ceasefire with them. It causes an automatic crash. There are two other things as well.
