He is evil. His intentions are evil. He merged two worlds together so he could destroy every living thing until one of them can best him in a fight. He also says, "Destroy them. If they are too weak to fight, they are not fit to live." He uses his boredom in an evil manner and he knows what he is doing is wrong. His actions can't be justified - he is clearly evil. However, there is a difference between Orochi and Orochi X. Orochi is evil, however Orochi X is not. Many of you will suggest that Orochi X is more evil but, he was a resurrection of his previous self and cannot control many of his actions. Orochi X is another being trapped in Orochi's mind. Therefore Orochi X is not evil and Orochi is. I chose the third option (difference) for this factor.

Orochi is a badass in my opinion, but he's not fully evil. He warped the timeline to test the power of the mortals, that's like Lu Bu challenging others to fight him, I guess. It's just that he did it to the extreme (Warped the timeline, wiping out humanity and such), which made him looks evil.

no i don't think he's evil, he brought the two time lines together because they were the most chaotic eras which the best of the best fought to rule, he wanted to test humanity and most importantly himself to see if humanity truly deserved to rule as the other immortals had decided but took no action to test or help humanity advance and better themselves so orochi became the ultimate bad guy that all of humanity and the immortals had to band to gather to vanquish, end all orochi lost and immortals finally decided to help humanity achieve their full potential. (that's what i think).
