This is being released i the smae month as DW7 if release dates are actually currently accurate. I really hope this game delivers. I was actually looking forward to it. I'm sure i'm not the only one thinking choosing between this and DW7 and Troy that DW7 will win all the time. This just seems like franchise suicide to me. Kinda sucks though seeing as I actually was interested on Koei's take on Greece.

yeah, an only 2 week difference in release dates would make me have to choose DW7 if i had the money to buy either lol.

I'm sure it will. And yes people know that the latest Dynasty Warriors title would always be the big hit, but there's supporters out there that would like trying these new takes from TECMO KOEI. I very much doubt the company is thinking any different.

If a company like TECMO KOEI that always gets slanted for being ''repetitive'' how exactly are they going to come up with something fresh when the door just gets slammed on them? One thing KOEI has always had is a loyal fan-base that do continue to buy these products, it's one reason that annoys the negative reviewers out there.

If fans of TECMO KOEI continue tradition and purchase these items then fun games will be made again. As reaching new audiences in the West and convincing them of the story around the Three Kingdoms era is challenging, but it can be done over time.

This will hurt the canadian studops i'd be suprised if anyone who frequents here would pick troy over DW7 especially as the series is finally going back to its roots. Obviously you have fans who'd by both titles but still its pointless to compete against yourself.
