Default Agarest: Generations of War Zero

I know there's a thread lower down about this but it is the Japanese title so I thought I make a fresh thread with Western name.

So who played the original and is excited about this one?
Ghostlight have a great Collector's Edition which is a definite pre-order. The trouble I went through trying to find the Agarest: Generations Of War Collector's Edition makes it a definite pre-order.

    UK Collector's Edition

    US Collector's Edition

    So excited for this title!

As I mentioned in the AH3 thread - the preorder of this is only £40 for the LE, definately a pre-order for me even if I haven't played the first game yet.

They'll have pre-orders up soon according to their news blog.

Yes that's were I saw you mentioned the pre-order so thought I'd make the thread.
    It's definitely one to pre-order.
I'm still playing through the first one, just half way through the third generation so need to get this finished before Zero is released.

As i loved the first game (even though i haven't completed it yet), I'm definitely getting the collectors edition. I just wish they'd put it up for pre-ordering.

Me too, still playing through it. In fact as soon as I got the email with details about the release i thought to myself I'd better get the first finished!
I liked how the first was just Japanese audio with English subs.

Back when Ghostlight first announced that they were bringing Zero over here, I though that too. And well i finally completed the first generation then, but then i stopped. There's just a bit to many battles which takes to much time in the game, especially when i have so many other games i want to play.

Though i wish that Ghostlight put one of the girls on the shirt instead of the guy. And 6 regular artwork cards would have been more to my liking instead of these 3D ones they're going with.

    Yeah, that's a good question.

Though I'm kinda wondering about the european limited edition, according to Ghostlight, it'll include an A3 double sided poster, soundtrack, art cards, and the t-shirt, but when i look at the picture i get confused.

If you look at the picture, you see an A3 poster, and behind it is some poster looking thing with same motive, only like a sketch. But when you look at the bottom of the picture, there's some poster looking picture below everything, and this gets me wondering, will the double sided poster have the same picture on both sides, just that one is in color and the other is the sketchy one? Or will one side of the poster be the bottom picture?

And if the bottom picture isn't the other side of the poster, what is it then? And why is it included in the image if it won't be in the limited edition?

Ask on their blog and see if you get a response. I assume the sketch is the other side of the poster but I have no idea what the bottom part is. The first image they showed of the LE didn't have it at the bottom but their recent post (which is the image in the OP) has it so maybe they've added in something extra without telling anyone. Personally I'd love an art book and that's the only reason I'm quite saddened about our edition of it but at £40 I can live with a T-shirt instead. And for once the shirt itself looks decent enough unlike half of the other free shirts I've gotten over the years which were quite naff.
