DT was great, I only played the first one because the second one looked a bit too similar to the original, though if a third was released and was made different but still having the open ended stories and battles then I'd get it for sure.

I love DT i have played it about a 100 times however I once played a game when i was young, the game was set in Roman era. The best thing about this game was retreating. In retreating with other units to cover you the unit gained experience. In Dynasty Tactics retreating isn't an option, it is punished. that is not the Art of War

Yeah, they missed twice the 4th force with its own colour, Yuan Shao (the yellow ones), but, blast... they added an entire storyline for Lu Bu once again . Liu Biao could be another force to include, but they almost haven´t Flag Commanders, and the other Liu Zhang, has no Commander abilities but he has great officers like Zhang Ren, Yan Yan and Fa Zheng.

I always loved the DT1 Flag/Commander system. This was for me someway the way to imagine the new characters for the next DWs... I was wrong.

Even I don´t have the chance to play with Yuan Shao´s Forces in vs. because the game is a 1 vs. 1... why they don´t included 1P vs. Cpu? They left me with only the bittersweet pleasure to capture and play with Yan Liang, Wen Chou and Tiang Feng that, ooohhh!!!, have their own faces!

Add artillery to artillery combat; artillery to tower or fence as well; pick your army and battlefield for multiplayer; select main tactic type (int, lead,war) used by army in multiplayer

I love DT games and hope they make a third. hopefully with playables like Yuan Shao and Ma Teng etc. And more tactics, battles and scenarios.
