    Default Xenoblade Chronicles

Just wondering if anybody else is interested in this game and if they're buying it.
From the looks of the videos I've seen the game looks pretty stunning.

Mine came this morning so really looking forward to playing it.

According to what I have read it has nothing whatsoever to do with Xenogears or the Xenosaga series just purely connected by the developement team and the name Xeno. I suppose you could call it a spiritual sequel like the Mana Khemia games were labelled.

I managed to play a bit of it when mine arrived and it's fantastic~ I've barely anywhere in the story and I've just been doing loads of sidequests. I'm really impressed so far though, you can feel when playing how much effort has gone into it and all the little features it has.

I'm definitely going to get it, but unfortunately, I've spent a little to much money this month, so I'm putting it of for a couple of weeks.

But since the limited edition comes with a classic controller pro or whatever it's called, should i get one at the same time as I'm buying Xenoblade?

If you prefer using the classic controller than the wii remote then yes. Sayig that though I've been using the wii remote as the L & R shoulder buttons have just stopped working on my classic controller, I need a new one.

It's definitely a solid game. I can see myself having hours of fun with this one.
The game looks stunning and the soundtrack is pretty good too.
I've only played about 2 hours so far but I haven't done much of the story I'm just finding myself doing the sidequests too!

Well I've actually never even held one of those controllers so I have no idea if it's any good, but i guess it might be interesting to test one. Does the game otherwise support GameCube controllers? 'Cause that would be nice.

I've started playing the game now my battery troubles have been sorted (rechargeables ftw!). I havent got far yet but it seems great for now...but I need to get used to the battle system. Already died too, got beaten to death by some lv7 junk bunny things that wouldnt let me run away

Oh btw if you didnt know Nintendo is giving away a download version of the soundtrack for a limited time when you register the game on their site.

I just tried my gc controller, doesnt seem to work on this game unfortunately. A real pain since it seems my classic controller pro has a loose wire, so the game keeps stopping to ask me to reconnect my controller....

Still waiting on my review copy....won't be worth them sending me one at this rate. xD
Gonna buy it eventually if it doesn't arrive. Seems to be a shortage of stock on the game. Was great to see it do as well as it did. Looking forwards to Pandora's Tower too.
