yes pscyho gundam, pscyho gundam mk II, Alpha Azieru, Queen Mansa, Big Zam and Destory Gundam are playable MA Boss
the only MA is non-playable is Devil Gundam ("Oops I mean Dark Gundam")

well the good news for European, it will be released as Retail and Download Version.
Please be aware PS3 only did not released PS Vita Version (I getting the Retail Version because of "saving lots of space" reason)

and the bad for American, it only be Download Version and no PS Vita released "Same for EURO Version"

I not surprise because the Trophy Information were set on PS3 & PSVita (don't worry you not missing much "sort-off")

So, is there still chance for the release of the Vita version later on?
Considering that both versions have basically the same content, a large chunk of the localization work has already been done.
And if so, will it also be cross play capable?
