But regarding russia there's quite a few games that aren't released there.
It may be certain laws or restrictions preventing them from being sold there. making it much harder for company's like koei to bring stuff over. sadly i dont know the exact details.
If worse comes to worse you may just need to import as all ps3 games are region free anyway.
