I've been keeping an eye on this game.

I want a Vita to replace my aging PSP, and Toukiden looks amazing.

Definitely would consider giving Toukiden a try when I get my hands on a Vita.

I've already went very far with my JP version copy, though it's really good that you can have cross-region multiplayer. Just checked it out myself last week

Anyway an upgraded XL-like version (Kiwami) has just been announced in Japan. I'll be definitely getting that too, and I hope it gets released in the West and retain the cross-region play as well ^^
