Thread: I cant download new DLC (Phase 4 and Overall set)for DOA 5 U in Australia on XBOX 360

    I think that's Bort's problem ... Has latest update but can't download Costume Catalog 14. Also, for Xbox 360 rather than PS.

    Not sure if the order in which content was downloaded could be an issue though ...

    Same issue. In terms of order, I initially tried to download the required catalog via pure marketplace prior to downloading the 1.07 patch.

    Two questions
    1) Are there and actual TK employees reading these boards (Community Manager / Customer Support / dev team) or just unpaid mods?
    2) Is anything being done at all? I've installed the update and then tried the DLC, I've deleted the update and tried both again. I've tried deleting the update and downloading the catalog by itself (via Marketplace since refusing the update signs you out of XBL when you load the game). I've called Microsoft Support and gone through that whole process twice, spoken to a connectivity specialist and manually opened ports in order to ensure there are absolutely no connectivity issues and tried everything again. Microsoft tell me it's an issue with the developer and there's nothing else they or I can do. Long story short, this is a TK issue, and they have effectively blocked me from playing a game I have paid for (not to mention paid for almost all the DLC content). They need to allow people to revert to a previous version or fix the download. 2 weeks is frankly ridiculous.

    It's fixed I just downloaded everything.

    Cheers Bort, I saw your post earlier, thanks for informing us. For anyone else to save yourselves the full download, Catalog 14 seems to download on its own now with no problems. Whilst bugs happen and delays to resolve them occur, the lack of coherent dialogue from tecmo-koei about the status of this problem was not helpful.

    To partially answer one of those above questions, I personally am an unpaid mod, as is LittleDragonZ.

    KTE Community Manager does post news and announcements regularly on the forums, but not sure exactly how much topic browsing he does.

    Sorry we couldn't be more help, though glad to see the issue has been fixed.
