Uh EU gets retail copies a lot of the koei games are digital as there's some weird rule in the US where games are supposed to have english audio.

Sega probably ****** up and that's why there is no Yakuza 5 on disc anymore, cause there deal with Sony ran out. and now Sony wants English audio despise being a Japanese company.

Thank god for Dynasty Warriors 8 being in English/Japanese.

Sony might be "japanese", but SCEA (Sony Computer Entertainment of America) is still mostly run by americans as far as I know, which is why they require games to have English audio to get a retail release. Stupid as hell though, when some lazy developers like SEGA doesn't even care about dubbing all their games (hell even if Shining Tears got a retail release, they removed all voice acting instead of dubbing it).

But at least in the case of One Piece PW2, Americans can import it from europe if they want the retail edition.

Sega obviously payed SCEA to allow them to release Yakuza 3/4/Dead Souls in the Americas but now SEGA doesn't want to pay anymore, so SCEA says no thank you, we need English or the ******* money.
